Hello again! i finished working on the gallery today and it should be up and running now!

CHANGES:
- Create and stylized the gallery page. It contains all my drawings.
- Added a new BG image for the entire site
- Added a second gif in the about me page
- Began work on the links page
- Fixed the not_found page css file.
- Fixed a bug where the neocities button on the footer sent to neocities.com instead of neocities.org
- Fixed the bug on the about me page that caused the mobile layout to have a gap between the images and the footer
- Added an Favicon to every page
